Ultrasonic Cleaning

Ultrasonic cleaning is a cleaning technique which utilizes soundwaves to remove particles from surface of an object without the need of any contact. Its uses the strong energy produced from the reaction of ultrasonic wave & liquid called cavitation, to blow & blast away particles and contaminants.

Today, it is considered the most effective & efficient way available to remove contaminants that are difficult to reach or even invisible to the naked eye. At Flonic, we offer wide ranges of ultrasonic frequencies to suit any types of cleaning requirement.

Low frequencies (28 to 40 Khz) is used to remove large size contaminants while higher frequencies (68 Khz & above) to remove ultra small & sub-micron contaminants. With Flonic Ultrasonic Cleaning, you can expect your parts to be extraordinarily clean.
